NOON presents an old recording of a blind Qanun (oriental string instrument) Virtuoso. His play hangs, freezes and releases intermittently. The delicate sounds of the instrument are digitally processed to simulate tones and frequencies of Israel’s red alert siren (‘Tzeva Adom’).
